INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN HOTELS
Our company actively collaborates with educational centers throughout Europe to offer a professional, enriching, and comprehensive internship experience in the hotel industry. Our program is designed for students who wish to take their first steps in the world of hospitality, tourism, and entertainment.
Areas available for practice
We offer internships in various key hotel departments, tailored to each student’s profile and academic background:
- Tourist entertainment: activities with clients, games, shows and entertainment.
- Reception: customer service, check-in/check-out, reservation management.
- Food and beverage (F&B): service in restaurants, bars, kitchen and logistics.
- Hotel management: support in hotel management, administration and planning.

WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?
We take care of everything you need to ensure you have a safe and worry-free experience:
- Coordination with educational centers (only with subsidized or agreement-based centers).
- Round-trip flight management.
- Transfers from/to the airport to the hotel.
- Accommodation included throughout the stay.
- Meals included (full board).
- Processing administrative paperwork (insurance, agreements, permits, etc.).
- Continuous support and supervision by the human resources team.

ARE THE INTERNSHIPS PAID?
- Some of our internships are paid, depending on the destination, duration, and student profile.
- In other cases, they are offered unpaid but with all expenses covered (flights, accommodation, and meals).
- This is indicated in each offer and agreed upon with the educational institution.
STUDENTS FROM THE NETHERLANDS
If you are a student in the Netherlands, please note that we work exclusively with ISTAGE for international internship management. All processes and applications must go through them.
- Be 18 years of age or older at the start of the internship.
- Be enrolled in a partner school.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum availability of 12 consecutive weeks.

Meet Luke's experience
Hello, my name is Luke and I am doing my internship at BLUE SEA Club Martha’s. I work in the animation team here and it’s amazing — everything is arranged for you: food and drinks, a room, you name it. The team is also fantastic; if you need anything or want advice, they are always open to help. Most of what I do here is public relations, and I also run the morning or afternoon activities. These activities are varied, from football to killer pool. I also work with children in the mini club, where every day is different. The shows are also fantastic and very diverse. I definitely recommend doing your internship here!
